It arrived in tact however when the seller said it was an open box, they weren't kidding. The box didn't have a bottom and the filter kept falling out. I'm surprised it arrived in as good a shape as it did. The plastic was still on the filter which was good. Some tape and some packaging paper would have gone a long way.
