Shipping was fast and product came well packaged and just as described. The watch strap has a bit more warm and slightly reddish tone than in the pictures which is nice. Really good quality alligator leather and with the slight padding, there is a generous feeling to the strap. Stiff at first, as a proper leather strap should be, but expect it to mold in use to the perfect fit.
