The item was badly packaged and the contents missing, all I got was the box and the postal bag. They said they sent a replacement item which has never turned up and then asked for a positive review to get a refund in not so many words but that is what was implied! I cannot rate the item as I never go it!

Broke after 1 use. This product is cheap very cheap,
You need a strap for you £600 device do not use this one it is unsafe and poor quality.
The amount of delayed responses offering me a ridiculous low partial refund is staggering. I couldn’t count on my fingers the amount of times a had to say no thank you I want to return for a full refund.
They even suggested I take it to a repair shop or glue it my self …..
I asked eBay to step in and I sent item back for full refund
