The skirt came as pictured but was much smaller than size 14 which it was labeled as being.
It was probably an honest mistake and the skirt was not sized correctly but buyer really lost out as I had to pay both shipping costs and ended up with less than half of what I originally paid plus all the extra hassle of returning.
It is too bad sellers are not aware of these problems and can let buyers know an accurate sizing when items are put up for sale.Probably an honest mistake on part of seller.
