Going by the pic when I made the purchase, it wasn’t broken so I’m assuming it happened during the shipping process. I’m not sure how to fix it, but I’m going to try. The little black piece between the handle itself & the outside of the oven was shattered. Finding that for a replacement will be like finding a needle in a haystack, so I will have to improvise. Sometimes, no matter how much foam i use, they manage to damage things. The statue is even better than described; you can tell the age, but it was definitively well taken care of. It was an auction, but the price I paid for it was incredibly low when you look at the condition of the statue. The seller packed it very carefully, it was very protected with foam and it arrived faster than expected. You don’t really find these our nines or the R eights or our sevens with the door still on them got it for an amazing price and I can’t say enough about the packaging. This thing was packed like a tank it has to be the most well packaged item I’ve ever boughtalthough the shipping time was terrible.
