      Do not risk taking your computer to this company, they have cost me over a $1000 in their fees plus courier fees. None of which he is prepared to refund and I am left which a Macbook pro screen that still doesn’t work. He has tried to suggest that i re-cracked the screen on return in exactly the same spot to the millimetre. A totally fabricated and bizarre story to cover that he incorrectly installed my screen. He ghosted me after this issue and delayed returning my laptop by a week.

      The issue you mentioned falls outside of our warranty coverage, the screen replacement was done with the utmost care in perfect condition. But when we got the screen back from you, cracks and point of damage found on the new screen. Unfortunately, any damage on the screen, including cracking, is not something we can be responsible for under our warranty terms. We only got paid for the screen, all the other extra costs you paid for insurance had nothing to do with us.
