    Sharp, Ultra Wide, Compact - Quite Plastic but Great Value

    This Lens is perfect for APS-C users wanting a wide angle of view. The 10-18mm offers very sharp images and practically no lens aberration / distortion. The Image quality from this lens is on par with the 10-22mm Canon Lens which is roughly double the price. It's compact and great value. I use this for many Landscape / Architectural photos and it works great. The low-light performance is not fantastic, but that's not what this lens is for.

    Early results

    Early results from use of the lens are very encouraging. The images are sharp and clear without any apparent imperfections in the images. Low light images are excellent. Very happy with the lens. Sorry, all images with this lens are RAW.

    Canon 10-18mm Lens

    Definitely recommend this lens as starters in Wide angle Photography. A bit of chromatic aberration but that’s not unusual for a lens this wide. It’s got a plastic build but it feels sturdy enough to hold it own.

    Great value for money

    Sharp pictures, good contrast,a slight vignette when wide open at 10mm but it is easily solved at f/8. Not very resistant (the only one I had to repair as it fell from a 40/50cm height) but you can't really ask for more considering the price.

    Great affordable Wide angle lens

    This is an excellent budget wide angle lens with nice construction and sharp image. The best part is, it has got IS and STM which makes it extremely suitable for video work. F4 is maxim aperture which not too huge but still does the job great.
