The part was lost in the mail due to USPS opening the box and not re-taping it. No fault of the seller. I could not recover the part due to how stupid the USPS website and polices are. The seller immediately sent a replacement after I insisted I would pay for another one. I feel bad I didn't pay for the second one. This seller is beyond exceptional.
