The description mentioned that the items needed TLC but the description did not mention the holes, tears and stains on the clothes or the missing hair "tail" on the Velvet doll. These flaws were not easily seen in the pictures. Seller did bring to my attention some damage to the other doll and worked with me on that. Good communication. Very quick shipping.
