I LOVE the bag its beautiful just like the photos! I just had to pay another 20 EUR VAT despite already paying through Paypal as there was no IOSS number on the package. But thankfully Croatian Post has a contact email where you can send them the papers that you already paid and they will refund you. But for next time it would be good if the seller included the IOSS number and evidence that the VAT was already paid through Ebay's global shipping program. Other than that, I'm in love with the bag

Correction: Seller contacted me and IOSS number WAS on the package. Looks like Croatian customs did not know or recognize the number. Looks like it was a mistake from customs. Good communication from seller, item was perfect, will buy again.
