    Great addition to any kitchen

    I only wish I'd discovered these years ago as they are truly amazing little things, The grip is incredibly strong which means that they can be used for hanging quite heavy items such as damp towels on the outside of the cooker. When I first used them I hadn't realised that because the magnet is so powerful they can't be swivelled round easily when the hook bit is upside down But this is where the screw in hook design comes into its own as the hook bit can simply be unscrewed and screwed in again the right way up I bought another set for the side of my fridge to hold my freezer bags. Don't be tempted though to pull them off by the hook bit as I would imagine if you do the hook could be damaged. And they are also much easier to remove when the hook bit is unscrewed.     Smart and effective but rough round the back

    Good strong magnets, smart appearance. The only flaw is the finish on the back edge of the chromed body (around the magnet) that comes in contact with whatever you're mounting them on. One was reasonably smooth and unlikely to damage, for example, the painted finish on a fridge, but the other was rough enough to need filing smooth before use.

    Powerful magnets, they can take some heavy weights.

    They are not silver, more a gunmetal but they tone perfectly on my steel coloured fridge. They are a good size and nice clean design , and the strength of the magnets are extraordinary, you have to really pull hard to move them.
