    Generally, I do not provide feedback as it is an exercise in "Mutually Assured Destruction". However; eBay, in their infinite stupidity, did their very best to hinder the seller's receipt of payment. Thru it all, and despite the language barrier, the seller communicated appropriately and attempted to resolve the payment issue.
