This seller was very communicative in the tracking of this item. The item was shipped within a very reasonable time from initially ordering it. However, it was delayed by USPS by being sent everywhere but the correct address on the label. Because of the rerouting by USPS, the item arrived in 'less than new condition'. Even still, seller generously offered a discount. Kudos to him!
