A couple of delays were sorted out promptly by the seller. Friendly and responsive people!! The framed art item arrived in the best packaging I have yet seen. Three layers of bubble wrap, encased tightly in a meticulously-crafted “box” of Fome-Cor, inserted into another box of heavyweight cardboard! Art is exactly as pictured and described. Excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone. A++
