The quality of the product received is fine. The complaint is in the shipping. Even though a tracking number was immediately issued, this business waited 5 business days to ship (1 full week), which I find totally unacceptable, especially when the product was almost $1K. When contacting the seller, the excuse was that they only ship 2x/week, although this is not stated anywhere. Use this vendor if you don’t care how long it takes to get what you purchase.

SSD Capacity is not "200GB or more" as indicated in the description. Not exactly what I would call a 93% cosmetically either. You can't see in the photos on the listing but the back of the tablet is very scratched as well as a few good scratches on the screen. I'm disappointed with the overall quality of this Surface but the seller was quick to have it shipped, so nothing against them besides a description that could be more accurate.
