Item arrived as described, very well packaged and in top condition when the parcel was opened. The item was well packaged with lots of protection around the item. Excellent communication with seller and I will shop with them if the opportunity arises.

The item itself is excellent and seems like good quality and the liner is very nice.
The mounting plate is very sturdy and easy to install.
Unfortunately inadequate packaging and shipper abuse caused the item to be dented at the front near the bottom clasp. Most likely from being dropped or another item colliding with it.
Seller was very professional and after some negotiation we come to an agreement on compensation.
I think the seller will use better packaging in future.

This tool came well packaged, as described & 5 days earlier than eBay's ETA to remote Qld. The tool is well made, has a ball race thrust bearing & will, I believe as a qualified mechanical engineer, last a lifetime in the motorcycle repair trade. Why pay US$300 to $500 for a traditional or genuine tool (Jims) that doesn't work any better or last any longer. Oil the threads. My highest recommendations for both this 5 STAR eBay seller "MarvelMall_oz" & the top quality tool I've just purchased.
