Purchased this item from seller, was really excited about it. A few days after shipping the item the seller refunded some of the money from the purchase and provided no messages or explanations as to why. I then received the item which has a stain on it (this was not described in the item description). All I would have appreciated was a message and some honestly from the seller. I understand that these things can happen and be missed but just a simple message would have been great
