Paid $29.90 for basic delivery - the box came damaged and I'm a collector, especially everything Xbox official. Was disappointed, especially when I was so confident (based on previous reviews) that items are well packaged... Definitely not this item.

$29.90 was registered post with signature on delivery, not sure if you can read the label? The outer cardboard box was part of the packaging as the cooler itself was the main item, for $81 you sure expected a lot, and none of your wishes were communicated beforehand. Please learn to communicate.
