      As described. Took way too long to get here for the postage charged. They were aware of the issue but did not contact or refund postage. Normally I would not say anything but when you pay for the postage and it is terrible the supplier then becomes accountable….. they were not. I was the one left high and dry. It finally turned up as described but why I paid for postage I will never know. Poor experience
