Seller was then able to resend parcel to a new address
Not the sellers fault but would preferred to have had tracking from the beginning as this could have been avoided with tracking information
Seller was courteous and product arrived as described
Happy to purchase from this seller again but would insist on parcel tracking even if more expensive
