As described. The drive was broken but was not advertised as working, but since the state it was in and when searching for the cause it fails it was clear someone did know it was not the first time it was openend to find what is wrong and try to fix it. Parcel shipped with a company that is not great in communication., i did not know they did not deliver at home but at a pickup point. Almost €20 is a lot for such a service….
