Feedback was late as the first Fandango kaleidoscope was broken in transit. The other kaleidoscope that was packaged the same was fine. Seller offered to immediately send out second scope even before I returned first one. I asked him to wait until I returned from vacation and second Fandango kaleidoscope arrived 3 days after shipping. This time no problems. Seller was fantastic throughout.
