    They ship this product with a power supply they state is below the "system requirement." I'd assume the only reason they state this in the listing is to stop returns. The power supply they ship results in the product throttling itself to an unusable speed. Forcing you to go find the correct power supply and slog through a deluge of fake power supplies. I would not recommend doing business with this company, this was an irritating experience as a customer.

    Assumptions get you no where. We did not have the proper adapter to include with this unit and instead provided all we had, and this was clearly stated and pictured in the listing : " System requirement is 19.5V 4.62A but comes with 19.5V 3.34A power adapter " It is common knowledge that a lower power source will restrict performance and one would have to upgrade to the proper adapter eventually. The unit also came with a 30-day return policy as clearly stated in the listing.
