It was an unique experience, only got my item by pure chance, the pack only had my 1st name(common name in my country), the name of my town(population over 70,000) and the name of my country.
Thank god seller forgot to put IOSS number of eBay while shipping the item, or I would never get it, when I tracked I saw it got retained at my country costumes, and I was able to complete the information needed, had to pay VAT twice, the 1 Ebay had already charged me and my country costumes.

i put the IOSS number, buyer is making false claims, it is his country import rules which ceated problems, everything was complete from my side
