Contacted and gave seller opportunity to make it right otherwise negative feedback will be left. Neither an apology nor a remedy were issued. We shipped the order securely packed in bubble wrap and a box. You specifically requested only the pipe, and while the item was delivered, the pipe was the only part damaged!
