Ordered from this seller. Weeks later my item had not arrived. I contacted them to notify them it had yet to arrive and noted that I still wanted the item, not a refund. Seller doubled the price of the item I'd purchased and refunded me the previous purchase price, so I'd have to pay more if I still wanted them to send me the same item. I did not reorder and chose to buy the item from a more reasonably priced seller.

The seller somehow managed to put the incorrect address on the postage label, which meant it was delivered to a neighbour's house instead of my unit. Address details were correct with both eBay & PayPal.. it was just lucky that the neighbour contacted me to meet me know. The box was also an Amazon box with Amazon tape - I almost told the neighbour not to worry as I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon. Definitely not a great first impression
