    We offer a 60-day free return and 2-year warranty on this product. We ask the buyer to return the package for a refundor replacement. But the buyer refused to do that. He sold the product to someone else for $100, without our knowledge. Then he asked us to refund him $300, or he'd leave us a bad review. That's crazzy...

    I have not installed this item however I can test that the build quality is fantastic solid unit hopefully when installed the unit will operate just as well. the reason for buying is due to its reputation of being a good switch panel so fingers crossed I have the same experience when its installed.
