At first I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished product, but I have to say it looks brand new. For years I didn’t try Dyson products because of the price tag. But, after using it only once, I’m sold on the value. The warranty is great and my hair looks and feels amazing. I don’t have any more frizzy ends and my hair looks and feels great.

It feels very sturdy and compact. Color was silver with the golden/copper back. Based on this experience I would buy from Dyson Refurb again.

I have 4c natural hair and was able to do each section (of four) in under 2 minutes. Phenomenal product. Also, I can’t tell it’s refurbished. Quality is great. I don’t love that it didn’t come with a user manual, but I found that easily online.

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended
