Contacted and gave seller opportunity to make it right otherwise negative feedback will be left. Neither an apology nor a remedy were issued. My package was not only deliver to the wrong address is was also under someone else’s name I reached out as soon as I realized what had happen and the carrier company needed instructions from them to retrieved the item as the information on the package was correct far as there system denoted.I request to ship a replacement item but they refused to work with me after all the issue
