    super suction

    I'm a senior and grew up thinking that good quality appliances had to be big old heavy steel contraptions and I turned my nose up at plastic machinery as overpriced toys. But the power of this machine has me quite impressed. It does a fabulous job. I had a layer of dust on my basement staircase that was so thick and had been there so long it had actually matted and lay there like a layer of rough skin. This vacuum sucked it up with total ease. No choking or sputtering. No dust filling the air. It worked so well I did my other stairs and baseboards. The vacuum bag was so packed when I removed it I was surprised that the vacuum had not lost suction when in use. Excellent value. So just this one time set aside your plastic prejudice and feel confident that this is money well spent.

    Totally functional

    A little heavy but definitely heavy duty. The cord wind-up on the bottom is for looks only. Once unwound from new the cord doesn't all fit to re-wind so I bought a separate windup reel from Ace Hardware, one of those plastic "H" shaped affairs and it keeps the cord organized easily. Using the other end to blow isn't very strong but I didn't buy it primarily for that. Overall grade = A.

    Power cleaning tool

    I love this machine. I bought it after I noticed the woman who cleaned my office building was using it. She swore by it and I can see why. It's light weight, power and a snap to throw out old rubbish bags and replace new ones.

    Exceeded expectations

    Vacuum cleaner has all the right attachments. The metal telescoping extension is far superior to the plastic extension in the older version we previously had (different brand). Hose attachment to canister swivels as needed rather than being locked in one position (like our older canister). Good suction. Definitely commercial quality. Highly recommend. I bought this one for my daughter and will buy another one for myself.
