    I bought the item listed as new (other) meaning it was new but not in the original box. Item came damaged. I could not return it as I did not have time to get another gift. I requested money back. Seller would not refund any money. Only wanted item back, which unfortunately I could not do. I was in a time crunch and did not have time to return the item and get a new one. Despite my embarrassment I had to give it as a gift. Seller was not willing to work with me.

    Scratch on paint of frame occured in storage, I sent a message about the flaw. I offered full refund for return, I paid for a shipping label but buyer refused to return item and asked for partial refund but I was already at zero profit on a quality item that had never been used worth close to $200. We did not come to an agreement unfortunately.
