We asked for a refund since we could no longer use the item but we lost $20.00 in shipping even though the package was never shipped. We didn't receive any communication from the seller! Very unprofessional!

I received no updates from the eBay seller after the purchase and I waited until may 26 to ask about when it would be shipped, the seller stated he needed one more week to finish, it is now June 4 with no updates or communication from them and I received a refund. Disappointing experience.
