        The seller advertises the product as made from genuine leather but when it arrived it was made of synthetic. I tried to address the issue politely asking for a possible rebate as I the item arrived just in time to be used and I have no alternative but to use it but the seller became condescending and resorted to gaslighting to even disparaging my financial means.
