    I bought this directly from Amazon. It was excellent quality like other Amazon products. The package had all the bits you needed to setup and use. It was just a case of plug in and use.     Easily turns a TV into a smart TV and Alexa helps

    I bought it for my father who watches a lot of TV. He wasnt aware of things like youtube and how he can be very specific aboiut his viewing. If the reader is a bit of a technophobe it really could do with a bit of help setting it up, but once you see it as a video recorder with libraries it becomes more understandable and the mental block drops.

    Does the job fine.

    Its fine it gives a warning on the screen that the usb port is not giving enough power to run the fire stick because as has been mentioned in previous feedback it comes with an american mains adaptor so cannot be used with adaptor provided but it works fine off the usb port i dont know if this will be the same for all tv's but is fine on my samsung
