We simply want to ship this hat back ASAP and get our money back!!!!!

This meant that I was monitoring the delivery. They never sent the item to the USPS for delivery. After contacting the seller, I was informed the item was unavailable. It should not have taken the seller 10 days to realize the item was out of stock. This certainly showed a lack of concern for their customer, when an alternate purchase could have been made before I travelled.
