We shipped an open-box Bitmain S21 Pro 234T miner, tested for only 15 minutes, with a 6-month warranty (Serial: JYZZFKABDJEBE00VZ). The miner was not used or dirty. Buyer refused to provide photos of the miner ($6k item) and only showed a damaged transformer ($100 item, sent complimentary). Negative feedback and return were filed on the day of delivery with no prior contact. We remain willing to resolve this fairly but need proper evidence from the buyer.
