    Safe and Delicious Weight loss

    I needed to reduce my weight quickly, so for this I followed the 8-Week Lo carb diet Recipe Book then I went back to the Fast 800 recipe book, which follows similar meal plans, not quite as specifically as the 8-Week book. My personal needs at the time required that I started there. Now I’m using some of the Fast 800 and some of my favourite recipes from the other, first book to maintain the weight loss and keep healthy. Because, as it is happened to be in a time of sort of lockdown I was able to concentrate on the job at hand really well. There are so many great things to learn from these books, and you are loosing weight too. !

    This book has a friendly format, clear colourful photos of recipes, recipes in a daily format at the back of the book and meat free daily recipes also included. I don't have to count calories as the meals are planned with calorie calculations already done. Even if you're not doing the fast 800 diet, the meal plans are good to follow if you want to cut down your food and calorie intake. The meals are tasty and nutritional.
