    Great seller. Very candid and honest. The item was open box, but not quite new as advertised and he was nice enough to give a substantial partial refund. He didn't have to do that, but did anyhow. Only thing lacking was the extender 1u for the pcie riser (it had the L one but not the other part), which Fractal Design sent directly at no extra cost (had to simply file a ticket). Anyhow highly recommend, great value for this, everything came clean and looked perfect. Great Quality overall, A++++
