Overall happy with the headphones noting that the range is limited to ca. 15m in our setting on the same floor (reception is too patchy for upstairs use). If pairing of the extra headset is an issue (even after downloading the manual), google "How to associate multiple KLEER headphones" for a video which solved it in a couple of minutes.
