    When I eat these. After training. I recover from weight training by the next day and my muscles recover and repair quicker too. Before buying these protein bars. I would be absolutely exhausted by the next day and I would have a lot more muscle aches and pains.

    This is my second order of the bars but these Oreo are not quite as nice (in my opinion) as the previous salted caramel flavour. ...on saying that they're well worth purchasing!
