Seller contacted me immediately & sent out a replacement for my (left side) wire/receiver for hearing. Seller was not at fault & was sympathetic, Much appreciated. Contacted seller to see if they had right side in stock for me to buy. Seller sent a message the next day stating the (right side) wire/receiver was in the mail. Seller never charged me. Excellent Customer Service!
