    PURE water filter is overpriced but valuable

    We have used the Pure filter for about one month and it is certainly useful to reduce the amount of bottle water we use to take our medications and cooking . After purchasing for about $28.00 the SAME PURE FILTER WAS OFFERED FOR $23 ! Filter comes with several types of attachments to me varies types of faucets Good device but replacement FILTERS can be expensive

    Water filter or not?

    The filter looks great and was easy to attach to the faucet. Had no problem with it, easy to use, no hairline cracks developed and had no problems with the faucet having excess weight on the the end. The actual purifying or cleaning of the water is the question? I let the water run thru the filter for five minutes, then tasted it- no different than the normal tap water. I ran it for ten minutes then tasted- found no change. I took out the filter, thinking I had placed it in wrong. Reinserted as I found it can only go in one way, let the water run thru again for 5 minutes. Taste tested- no change. The expert reviews said this product was one of the better when working properly. I purchased a Water purity tester, thinking it may have been just me. The tester, Total Dissolved Solids, took ...

    Great filtered water

    This is my fourth PUR faucet mount water filter system. They are easy to use and refill. It makes our rural water taste better like less minerals are in it. I wanted the stainless steel to match my faucet but it comes in a couple other colors also. I like the way this one mounts and moves unlike the newer model. Would recommend if your water tastes funky.

    A very good, no-nonsense water filtration system.

    I have been using these things for over a decade now, and I love 'em! I am on my third unit now. You can buy better filtration systems, and pay, well, the sky's the limit, but I have found this simple little filtration system perfect for my family. Simply attach the coupler to the kitchen faucet, attach the filter system, and flip the lever when you want clean, great tasting water. You can fill the coffee pot, or pitcher, or just fill a glass. Then, just flip the lever back to the off position when you want to use normal city water to do your household stuff; wash dishes and stuff. I love the simple design. It looks great too!!!

    PUR Water Filtration System NIB Model FM-3700B Faucet Mount Chrome is Awesome. I had one for a few years and smashed a pan against the black switch breaking it, That was my fault for not turning it out of the way. The whole filter swivels. They are easy to install and easy to change the filter replacement. You basically unscrew the top and take the old one out and put in the new one in and screw the top back on. You can actually taste the difference in the water.
