    I bought this bracelet because seller described the condition of the bracelet as "wonderful". I received the bracelet and it was extremely worn out. I contacted the seller and politely asked to return (I was willing to pay the postage for return), seller was very rude and dismissive. I have bought many used Pandora bracelets on Ebay before and they were all in good quality. This seller was dishonest in the condition of the item. I am very disappointed.

    Buyer made offer for 20% less than asking price which was accepted - for $40 received four authentic Pandora items: two charms, leather bracelets and hard case box. Buyer did not take opportunity to ask questions before purchase - listing had clearly stated no returns and that items were pre-owned, including pictures of the actual items. As a seller (not a shop) it is unpleasant selling to buyers with unreasonable expectations, who bargains down prices, and find faults to complain about.
