After a few days of waiting for movement Yodels tracking said they were still awaiting the item. I contacted the seller and they were apologetic and chased Yodel. It appears that it was lost in transit and therefore not the sellers fault. Seller issued a full refund. Communication was great and I received multiple updates on their progress chasing the item down. Even though I did not receive the item, seller was great

They were accurately described and buying in bulk makes them great value. They were well packed and the seller reduced the total postage costs as this was a multibuy. Packaging had come quite open and first instinct was that someone had opened it (had been left on doorstep) but I think it may havd fallen apart a bit, maybe in transit. Good box was used but had completely come undone at the 'cardboard zip.' I don't think anyone had actually opened it. Maybe a bit of tape might have helped. Anyway, I got a great item at a great price in excellent time so no moans (just a thought)!
