This item was stated as "Open Box" but is new, never powered on. The first thing that had to be done was update it with Garmin Express & register it with Garmin. The 53 is used in a 37 year old car & is mounted to the sun visor in the corner of the windshield with a 3rd party mount. The suction mounts don't hold more than 24 hrs.
