    Good tool to assess and track metrics

    Garmin puts out a great product and I felt fortunate to find this little device to use with my Garmin Forerunner 935 & at such a great price. It came quickly and was very easy to pair with my watch; it rides on the back of your waistband and is virtually weightless. Looking forward to achieving a better picture of how my training is progressing and where improvements can be made.

    Good for training

    Can be used as a pacing tool with compatible watches (need barometer for power meter). If you have a garmin is a cheaper alternative than stryrd. Even if there is a discussion about which one is more accurate, as long as it is repeatable accuracy doesn't matter because is a pacing tool. Also recommended to analyze how you are running and how economic is your run. Vertical ratio and height can let you know if you are putting to much effort going upwards instead of forward. Your leg balance, and contact time. Is not necessary, but is nice to have, I feel like I have benefited from it. And can remind you of obvious things that you may ignore while running.     Good sensor

    Awesome sauce! Works just as described providing running dynamics to the watch. To get running power you must include one of garmin's connect iq fields on your watch.
