It was not new it had been opened I could tell because the plastic bag the item was supposed be in was just stuffed back in the box. The item was packaged well for shipping but when I unboxed it there were pieces of plastic rattling around inside the unit. I contacted the seller multiple times with no resolution followed thru on. Seller does not offer returns so I would avoid purchasing from in the future.
