    Ceramic teapot was as advertised, dispatched the same day it was paid for, the teapot body was well wrapped up to prevent damage/breakage & arrived one week earlier than its advertised delivery dates. But teapot lid was loose in the box without protection though (but wasn't broken!), overall not enough packaging materials (only 1 sheet of newspapers & some air pillows were deflated) which the seller acknowledged and apologised for. As there are more + points than - ones, I'd recommend seller!
