When arrived the black anodised wheel nuts were simply placed in a postage bag with no wrapping. See photos. Upon checking delivery found only 19 nuts delivered. Ordered 20. Upon raising this with company they questioned my counting. At any rate they posted me 2 more free of charge. These were packaged to acceptable standard. See photo. Overall happy however will go to autostore nexttime
