The packaging was a little casual and the box got a little smushed in transit. Inside the original box, the bowl the wax melts in was not on top of the Styrofoam, as intended from factory, but sitting on top of the melter itself. Thankfully it was not broken. It was as described. As for value goes, not a factor, I bought it because I liked it and agreed to the shipping and price. No one should ever ding anyone for something they agree to, by choice. The box appears a little scuffed and it's been opened, but the cushion inside is completed sealed and otherwise pristine all around. The value for this mini cushion is great, especially for a higher-end brand like Jungsaemmool. I still haven't removed the seal so I can't speak on product quality just yet, but I'm super happy with my purchase so far! It arrived so quickly, as well. I would absolutely buy from this seller again!
